White Butte RCMP Requesting Public’s Assistance in Homicide Investigation Northeast of Regina, SK

White Butte RCMP and Major Crimes Unit South (MCU) confirm they are now investigating this sudden death as a homicide. Investigators are still trying to confirm the identity of the adult male victim. Police have released the scene near Hwy. #6 northeast of Regina where the deceased was located.

RCMP is requesting assistance from the public to report any suspicious vehicles or activity that may have been observed in the area from approximately midnight to 11 a.m. on Monday, March 19th; specifically, any notable activity east of Highway #6 on Township Road #184 to the Fleet St. intersection.

Anyone who may have traveled that section of road during those same hours is asked to contact police regardless of whether they believe they witnessed anything or not.
