Three More Charged in Spiritwood Incident

Charges have now been laid against the three adults arrested yesterday in Debden.

Brandon Whitefish, 22-years-old, from Big River First Nation is charged with:

 

·        Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000, section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code

·        Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000, section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code

·        Traffic Property Obtained by Crime, section 355.2(a) of the Criminal Code

·        Fail to comply with an Undertaking given to Judge, section 145(3) of the Criminal Code

·        Obstruction, section 129(a) of the Criminal Code

His next appearance will be in Prince Albert Provincial Court on March 16.

Kyle Whitefish, 25-years-old, from Big River First Nation is charged with:

·        Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, section 88 of the Criminal Code

·        Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000, section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code

·        Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000, section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code

His next appearance will be in Prince Albert Provincial Court on March 16.

Jo-Dee Ratt, 20-years-old, from Ahtahkakoop First Nation is charged with:

·        Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000, section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code

Her next appearance is on May 15, 2018 in Big River First Nation Provincial Court.
