Creighton RCMP Investigate Aggravated Assault

At 12:10pm on Saturday, March 17, 2018, Creighton RCMP received a report of an assault at a residence in Denare Beach, Saskatchewan.
An adult male was located injured inside the residence and was transported to hospital with what were described as serious injuries. A black 2013 Ford F150 Supercab with Saskatchewan license 868 JPH and two firearms were also reported missing from this residence.

Investigators do not believe this was a random incident. As a result of investigation, one adult male and two youth have been charged.

 

Trenton Laliberty, age 21, of Denare Beach, Saskatchewan has been charged with:
• 1 count, Aggravated Assault
• 1 count, Forcible Confinement
• 1 count, Assault With A Weapon
• 1 count, Possess Weapon For Dangerous Purpose
• 1 count, Possession of Firearm While Prohibited
• 1 count, Theft Under $5000
• 1 count, Fail to Comply With Probation

A warrant has been issued for Laliberty’s arrest.

Laliberty is described as: 6’ tall, weighing 200 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair. Laliberty has the word “LIVE” across his right knuckles, the word “LIFE” across his left knuckles, and a cross on his right wrist. See article feature image.

A 14-year-old male is charged with:
• 1 count Aggravated Assault
• 1 count Forcible Confinement
• 1 count Theft Under $5000
• 3 counts Fail to Comply Recognizance
• 1 count Unlawfully in Dwelling
• 1 count Mischief over $5000

A 15-year-old male is charged with:
• 1 count Aggravated Assault
• 1 count Forcible Confinement
The two youth cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

RCMP request the public to not approach these individuals as they are possibly armed and considered dangerous. We are also asking the public not to approach the black F150 truck with Saskatchewan license 868 JPH – please report it to police immediately if you see it.
The investigation is ongoing at this time.
